Mirrah Creative Agency partnered with artist Regulo Caro to manage and produce a multi-video production that included El Señor de la Milicia, El Comebalas, and Belico X Moda. As Producer and Production Manager, our role was to oversee every element of the shoot—from budgeting and scheduling to logistics and on-set coordination—ensuring four music videos were successfully filmed in a single day.

Overview
On the shoot day itself, our responsibility extended beyond logistics into full production oversight. We made sure the team stayed on track, timelines were respected, and crew members had the resources they needed to deliver their best work. By focusing on both creative and operational details, we set the stage for a smooth, efficient, and highly productive shoot.
This ambitious project required producing multiple videos within a compressed timeline. Over a two-week pre-production period, we handled every logistical element: securing locations, booking crew, sourcing props and wardrobe, and coordinating closely with the director to finalize shot lists and production flow.

The Challenge
The greatest challenge was managing time efficiency while producing four separate videos in a single 12-hour day. With overlapping departments, multiple set changes, and ambitious creative demands, the risk of delays was high.
Another challenge was ensuring that every department—camera, wardrobe, set design, and direction—operated in sync. A single misalignment could have derailed the schedule and jeopardized the entire production.

The Solution
To overcome these challenges, we implemented a dual-crew strategy: while Crew A was filming one scene, Crew B simultaneously prepared the next stage or setup. This staggered approach minimized downtime, kept momentum high, and maximized productivity.
We also prioritized clear communication and department oversight. By monitoring timelines closely and ensuring every department had what they needed, we kept the shoot running seamlessly. This proactive approach allowed us to complete all four videos within the one-day timeframe without compromising quality.
